Square Enix Announces Final Fantasy XIV compensation


Square Enix has announced that all Final Fantasy XIV account will get an extra week’s free game time, to compensate for ongoing server difficulties.

Magnet on a post explains that people who have registered on or before the Final Fantasy XIV doing PDT9 May at 23:59 on the 9th there will be an extra week’s free game time added to their accounts, in addition to a month, when you buy a copy of the game.

All Final Fantasy XIV service account will receive an additional 7 days free game time.

To allow users to access as much as possible, we have implemented a restricted login and character creation. However, we understand that these restrictions have been greatly challenged our players.
